Refund Policy

There is a no refund policy on all of our membership subscriptions. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed information can be easily consumed or copied and once delivered, can not be recalled. Distributed information is considered “delivered” once a user logs into their account and/or an SMS message is confirmed as “delivered” by the user’s mobile phone provider. All logs documenting SMS delivery and user login information are kept for a period equal to the dispute window for most credit card companies (120 days). Accordingly, it is our policy that once we have provided the information to a customer, the sale is final, and the customer may not return information for a refund or credit. There are no performance guarantees on our memberships subscriptions. Refunds will not be provided due to poor predictive performance.

Requests for refund due to fraudulent use of a credit/debit card on will be considered on a case by case basis. Signing up and agreeing to the terms of our membership subscription, which includes auto-renewal of your membership and forgetting to cancel your membership prior to the end of your billing cycle date DOES NOT constitute fraud.

All members are able to cancel their monthly subscription and the auto-renewal charge by simply logging into their account at any time and clicking “cancel” under their membership subscription on the account management page.

As a courtesy, we will work with your credit card company and investigate any claims of fraudulent transactions. If determined that such transaction(s) were most likely made fraudulently using your credit/debit card, we will refund all transactions immediately. In some cases, we may request proof that steps have been taken to prevent such fraudulent activity in the future, such as but not limited to, closing of credit/debit card account used in the fraudulent transaction(s) or issuance of a new credit/debit card by your card provider. In all cases where claims of fraudulent transactions are received, the account used to make the purchase will be FROZEN or CANCELLED indefinitely, and steps may be taken to prevent new accounts to be opened using same user info or attempts to make additional purchases with same credit/debit card.
